Acorn and Link Community Development worked together on their hitch 2010 which helps develop poverty stricken areas in sub-sahara africa. The Hitch is the biggest organised hitch-hike in the UK! which helps raise money for families in Africa. 1,190 participants raising an astonishing £525,000 for their projects in sub-Saharan Africa. Over 5,500 people have taken part in the Hitch since it started in 1992, raising more than £2.5million for LCD’s projects in sub-Saharan Africa and they wanted to thank everyone at Acorn printing for supporting the Hitch this year as a provider of our customised Hitch garments.
